Frequently Asked Questions

If you are wondering exactly how our order process works, or if you have placed an order and need to know what to do next, here is the whole process outlined for you.

1. Contact us regarding the product you are interested in and your timeframe.
2. Once confirmed, send us your logo and artwork according to the instructions below.
3. You will receive, from us, our creation and an order form with the details of the order.
4. You need then to sign both the order confirmation and the creation approval and return them by fax as soon as possible.
5. Your product will be ready 20-25 working days later (30-35 for sweets). Swifter delivery is possible, but involves an extra fee.
6. Payment is upon approval of artwork.

Preferred Formats:	Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Quark Xpress
Image Formats:	EPS, TIFF, PICT, mac BMP (for additional logos & illustrations)
Resolution:	Preferably 1200 dpi, minimum 300 dpi
Also required:	- Fonts used (printer and screen fonts) encapsulated with logo
	- Colour separations to indicate PMS colour
	- Full colour to indicate Process colours
	- Hard copy

The quote system on this website allows you to add products in which you are interested into the "Your Quotes" basket. Once you have selected all the products you would like to be quoted on, you can finalise your request, and it will be sent to us.

To request a quote for a product, browse to the product using the product menu on the left-hand side of every page. Once at the desired product, use the "Quote For" box in the upper right-hand side of the page to select the product details and quantities you would like to be quoted on.

Once you are satisfied that you have added everthing, go to the "Finalise Quotes" page, which you can access from the "Your Menu" menu along the top, or from the Quotes shortcut box that appears on some pages.

Follow the prompts on this page to send us your quote, and one of the Belgium's Best team will get back to you shortly.

The sample system on this website allows you to add products in which you are interested into the "Your Samples" basket. Once you have selected all the products you would like to receive samples for, you can finalise your request, enter your personal details, and then proceed to the payment stage.

To request a sample of a product, browse to the product using the product menu on the left-hand side of every page. Once at the desired product, use the "Request Sample" box in the upper right-hand side of the page to add it to "Your Samples".

Once you are satisfied that you have added everthing, go to the Finalise Samples page, which you can access from the "Your Menu" menu along the top, or from the "Your sample" shortcut box that appears on some pages.

On this page, complete your personal details, then proceed to the payment stage. Here you will need to pay for your samples using a credit card, and once the transaction is approved, the Belgium's Best team will process your request.
